 Failed to respond and failed to deliver
One month after allegedly shipping the book I ordered from JackandSarah, I still have not received it. I contacted them just after the delivery window and they responded around a week later claiming they had shipped the produce. I fail to understand why they weren't prompt with their communication or why they would not issue the refund I requested. I have had to file a claim with amazon because of this issue and won't receive the book I need in time for my class. Poor customer service and poor delivery standards I'll look elsewhere next time.

In an acceptable condition, edges were a little bent but received in a timely fashion; would purchase from this user again
Wrong item shipped
I ordered 6th edition and received 5th edition. It took 2 weeks to resolve the matter with seller. It is waste of time and energy. I had to pay $5 to ship it back to the seller. I ended up buying new book at university book store. Very bad experience.
 Required textbook
The information in this book is interesting. It's not anything I'd want to buy for the sake of reading. As a text book it's easy reading.
 Great choice
I was very pleased in the timely fashion I recieved my book and the new condition that it was in. The price was also reasonible. It was a good selection. Thanks!
